Screen shot of the 'Class Cards' opening page. Select the required 'Info File' record (set up on the Edit Info File page). This Info File record also specifies the template it will use for page and card layout.

Next, select whether cards are to be printed in Class or Alpha order, or just with Entrants' ID and then click 'Get Records'. You can then print the records listed in the table, either in full, or, by using the 'Start At' and 'End At' values, in smaller batches - which is a good idea as printers often JAM or run out of INK.

When Alpha order is set, an extra card is printed for each entrant, showing the Name, ID and number of cards for that person.

The Preview and Print button will display a detailed preview of the cards - if they look incorrect, you can exit and check your settings. You will be able to print your selection of pages.
